The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your Account verification status and chosen payment method. ph356 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. ph356 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.
ph356 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large or unusual deposits in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. ph356 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform's cashier page. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes during normal operating hours.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals may only be made to accounts registered in your own name. ph356 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.

ph356 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if ph356 determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if ph356 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting ph356 customer support. Upon Account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
